FirstBatch is a local photo-organizing application. Your privacy matters to us.
Photos and files
FirstBatch accesses only the folders you choose. It reads your photo files and, where available, photo date metadata so it can display and organize your images.
Your photos remain on your device. FirstBatch does not upload, transmit, sell, rent, share, or otherwise send your photos or photo metadata to the developer or to any third party.
When you mark a photo as liked, FirstBatch moves it to a folder you control. When you delete a photo, FirstBatch moves it to a recoverable local Deleted folder. If that move is unavailable, Windows may move the file to the Recycle Bin.
Information we collect
FirstBatch does not create user accounts and does not collect personal information.
FirstBatch does not use analytics, advertising, tracking technologies, cookies, or remote telemetry. It does not send usage information, device information, file names, photo metadata, or any other information to external servers.
The app may create local diagnostic information on your device to help it operate or troubleshoot errors. This information remains on your device and is never transmitted to us.
Your choices and control
You control which folders FirstBatch can access by selecting them in the app. You can stop using the app at any time, remove its access by no longer selecting a folder, or uninstall the app through Windows.
Because FirstBatch does not collect or store your data on external servers, we cannot access, modify, or recover your photos or other information.
Security
FirstBatch is designed to process photos locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and backups of your files.
Children’s privacy
FirstBatch does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this page with a revised effective date.
